Sprint planning meeting, a possible agenda.
The Product Owner starts the meeting by reviewing the sprint goal. The sprint goal is one - two sentences that describe what the team plans to achieve during the sprint. The Sprint backlog is the list of user stories and tasks the team commits to delivering during the Sprint.
The Scrum Master presents the velocity calculated either based on story points, either based on the number of stories if the #No estimates is used.Confirm team capacity.
Discuss any currently known issues and concerns
The team together with Product Owner:
- discuss and clarify the stories
- estimates the story and splits if necessary
- elaborates acceptance criteria
- identify any dependency
Everyone confirm any assumptions or dependencies discovered during the planning and commits to the Sprint goal.
